I'm about to go insane trying to install mods for San Andreas on PC. I've used just about every modding tool there is. From San Andreas modding tool to Alci's IMG editor, nothing has worked. With SAMI, I download the mod into the game yet the car I mod doesn't mod. Like I downloaded a Dodge charger police car, but it's still showing up as the normal police car.
